 Zil Hajj moon not sighted in J&K; Eid-ul-Adha on July 10: Grand Mufti J&K





Srinagar, June 29: Eid-ul-Adha, the festival of sacrifice, will be observed on July 10 as the moon of Zil Hajj was not sighted on wednesday evening, J&K Grand Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam has announced.


Grand Mufti J&K told Kashmir Bulletin --- KB, that Zil Hijjah moon in Jammu and Kashmir was not sighted today.


“There was not a single testament of Zil Hajj moon. Therefore Eid-ul-Adha would be celebrated on 10 July,” the Grand Mufti said.
