7-Lolab Boy's Brings Gold Medal In Indo-Nepal Youth Games In't Series
Kupwara: In a bid to excel their sports capabilities and showcase their sports hidden talent, a group of boys from Lolab have successfully won gold in Indo-Nepal Youth In't Series. They were representing India in kabbadi game. The boys are stated being from a frontier cum remote district of Kupwara.
The game was organised by 'Youth Development Federation" of India at Pokhara Nepal in which the boys basically belonging to Lolab were representing India in Kabbadi game. The boys in group, have defeated Nepal and Bhutan at Rangasala stadium to attain the medal.
After winning the gold medal in Indo-Nepal Youth In't Series, the boys have brought laurels to the entire J&K after achieving this milestone.
The team was led by it's captain, Sajad Khan following by the other teammates including Ihtisham Anwar,Manzoor Ah,Bashir Ah,Mushtaq Ah, Zahoor Ah and Shakoor Ah.
The boys in the meantime have extended their heartfelt gratitude to the youth development federation of India for accessing them to participate and represent the nation on Int'l level.
